Extrusion Experiments at Ring Extruder (CPM Extricom)

Within the research consortium, our team assumed responsibility for processing these innovative fibers into a high-quality pulp suitable for paper production as well as punch-drawing applications.
The project successfully concluded this week with large-scale extrusion trials on a ring extruder operating at capacities exceeding 500 kg per hour. These final experiments were made possible through the generous support and technical expertise of our colleagues at CPM, who hosted the trials and provided invaluable guidance throughout the process. The results are highly promising and demonstrate clear advantages of ring extrusion compared to twin-screw extrusion technology.
We sincerely appreciated the opportunity to conduct these studies and look forward to further strengthening our collaboration in a forthcoming funding period.
